3. Enrollment and Payment
- All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment through the authorized payment gateway on our website
- Payments are accepted only in Indian Rupees (INR).
- By making a payment, the student confirms that all details provided during registration are true and accurate.
- NSIM Education reserves the right to cancel or reject any enrollment due to incomplete payment, false information, or technical errors.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Offline Courses:- Students who wish to withdraw must apply for a refund within 7 days of enrollment.
- A written refund request with a valid reason must be submitted to support@nsimeducation.com.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
No refund will be issued for online classes, webinars, or digital training sessions once payment is completed.
Note: NSIM Education reserves the right to modify or cancel courses in exceptional cases. In such cases, appropriate refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
5. Communication Consent
By enrolling or making a payment, you agree to receive communication from NSIM Education via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls regarding your courses, updates, payments, or other related services.
6. Website Usage Terms

- Payments are accepted only in Indian Rupees (INR).

7. Limitation of Liability
NSIM Education Private Limited shall not be held responsible for

- Delays or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Any loss or damage caused by misuse of course content or third-party links.
Under no circumstances shall NSIM Education’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Barrackpore, West Bengal.
